(Undated) – The 1st Step Sober Lounge is the latest recipient of a donation from Crawford County 100 Women Who Care. During their final meeting of 2023, held last week, the organization presented Amy Shelton with a check for seven-thousand-one-hundred dollars. 1st Step is a local lounge helping those rehabilitating from drug or alcohol abuse. Crawford County 100 Women Who Care Representative, Barb Shimer, says the three nominated agencies selected for the February vote are the LTCares Food Bank, Three Birds Playhouse, and the Crawford County Kids Association. The first meeting of 2024 will be held on February 22nd at the Robinson Civic Center at 6 pm.
