(Oblong) – If you live in Oblong and have a real Christmas tree you need to dispose of, the Village can help. According to Oblong Mayor, Teresa Fielder, if you live in the Oblong City limits and have a live Christmas tree you need to dispose of, Oblong Public Works employees will pick your tree up and dispose of it for you. She says you just need to call the OPW office at 618-592-3122 and leave a message with your name and address.
