GWRPC Announce “Community Kick-Off” Meetings

(Undated) – The Greater Wabash Regional Planning Commission will be hosting a series of “Community Kick-Off” meetings. The purpose of the meetings is to complete the FEMA “Five “County Hazard Mitigation Plan.” The plan aims to identify potential environmental hazards and create a community plan to address those hazards. It includes Wabash, Edwards, Wayne, Lawrence, and Crawford counties. The meeting for Lawrence and Crawford Counties will be held at the Robinson Civic Center on January 23rd from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. The meeting for Wabash, Wayne, and Edwards Counties will also be held on the 23rd from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m. at the Farm Bureau office in Albion. Those unable to attend in person are welcome to the “All Counties” virtual meeting on January 25th from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. via Zoom. The Zoom meeting ID and Password can be found below.
