(Undated) — A popular community education class is returning to Lincoln Trail College in February. Basic Sign Language will be led by Tony Austin. The class covers the basics of American Sign Language. Students will learn the essentials like the alphabet and counting to days of the week, basic greetings, and everyday phrases. Registration for Basic Sign Language is open now. People interested in taking the class can call 618-544-8657. The cost of the course is $45. The class will be offered on Thursdays February 8th-29th from 6-8 p.m. Basic Sign Language is offered through Lincoln Trail College’s Community Education program.
