(Robinson) – The RHS Lady Maroons advanced to the Championship of the Girls LIC Tournament with a 35-29 win over Paris last night. Katelyn Jones paced the Maroons with sixteen points. Marisa Zane added nine and Elizabeth Shea chipped in six. With the win, the girls improved to 18-4 on the season. They will square off against Mt. Carmel in the Championship contest on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. Pregame on 101.7 WTYE and WTYEfm.com is set for 7:15 p.m.
