(Oblong) – The Oblong Unit 4 Board has a busy agenda for tonight’s meeting. In “Old Business,” they will hear committee and academic foundation reports, discuss personnel, and approve the annual financial report and audit. In “New Business,” the Unit 4 Board will hear an information presentation by Stifel Financial regarding the proposed County 1% Sales Tax, set dates for 2023-2024 graduations, and present school calendar options for the 2024-2025 school year. In other business, they are set to approve the budget calendar and discuss the High School Music Department’s request to attend the ILMEA All-State Music Conference in Peoria. The Unit 4 Board meets this evening at 6 p.m. in the Grade School Library.
