(Undated) – It was a back-and-forth battle for all four quarters last night but the RHS Lady Maroons emerged the LIC Champions, winning 50-49 over Mt. Carmel last night. With the win, the girls improved to 19-4 on the season. They will be off until Monday when they face Paris. The RHS Boys will begin play in the LIC Tournament tomorrow with a 4 p.m. tipoff against Lawrenceville. The boys will have their hands full with an Indians team that handed the Maroons a 63-46 loss a week ago.
