(Undated) — The Illinois Sheriffs’ Association and Crawford County Sheriff, Bill Rutan, has announced scholarship opportunities. The ISA will be awarding over 100 college scholarships throughout Illinois to students wishing to pursue higher education during the 2024-2025 academic year. Sheriff Rutan will be awarding one college scholarship to a Crawford County resident that will be attending an Illinois College in the Fall of 2024.
