(Palestine) – A “legacy” brand in Crawford County will soon be once again open to the public. In September of 2023, new owners of the J.D. Mullin Company, Penny and David Shaw, temporarily ceased operation to remodel the building and production facility in Palestine. A Grand Opening and ribbon-cutting by the Palestine Chamber of Commerce is set for 2 p.m. on February 15th. The J.D. Mullin Company officially restarted production and distribution to restaurants and stores in early December following the remodel.
