(Undated) – The national average price for a gallon of gas has fallen a nickel over the weekend. According to GasBuddy.com, the current national average is $3.26 a gallon. Here in Illinois, the statewide average has fallen two cents to $3.48 a gallon. In Indiana, the price per gallon has fallen a penny from Friday to $3.29. Oklahoma continues to have the lowest price in the nation at $2.75 a gallon. Drivers in California are paying the highest statewide average at $4.64, down two cents from Friday.
