(Robinson) – The RHS Lady Maroons will be bringing home some hardware following yesterday’s Girls Basketball Semifinal in Normal. The Lady Maroons fell 52-36 in the first contest yesterday to Nashville. However, after being down by three at the half in the “night cap,” the Lady Maroons came from behind to secure the third-place finish with a 51-44 win over Wilmette. Head Coach, Scott Zane, talks about what he said to the girls to rally them at half-time.
The RHS Lady Maroons will be recognized during a “Welcome Home” ceremony on Sunday evening.
