(Undated) – The national average for a gallon of regular unleaded remained unchanged over the weekend at $3.35. However, the statewide average for Illinois is up two cents to $3.71 a gallon. In Indiana, the statewide average is down a penny to $3.43. Mississippi drivers are enjoying the lowest prices in the nation at $2.86 a gallon, up a penny from Friday. Drivers in California are paying the highest prices at $4.79 a gallon, up a nickel from Friday.
