Windy, Wet, and Stormy Weather Headed our Way

(Undated) – We could be in for a windy, wet, and stormy couple of days. According to the “Hazardous Weather Outlook” from the National Weather Service, South winds will gust as high as 30 to 35 mph this afternoon. Scattered thunderstorms are also expected this evening and overnight. Some of the storms could be strong to severe with hail and damaging winds the primary severe weather threat. They say there will be a lingering chance for storms Tuesday morning across central Illinois, then over east central Illinois in the afternoon.
