(Undated) – The Crawford County Health Department has announced a new “sharps” disposal program. According to CCHD officials, the “Residential Sharps Collection Program” will offer free “sharps” containers to residents as well as properly dispose of full containers at no cost to you. “Sharps” include items such as needles, syringes, lancets also called “fingersticks”, and auto injectors. Containers can be picked up and dropped off at the Crawford County Health Department, 202 N. Christopher Blvd. in Robinson.
