(Undated) – If you have sensitive outside plants you’ll want to keep them inside for the next couple of nights. Despite the predictions of everyone’s favorite groundhog, it seems as though winter isn’t done with us just yet. According to this morning’s “Hazardous Weather Outlook” from the National Weather Service, a hard freeze is expected again tonight across all of central and southeast Illinois. Low temperatures will remain in the mid to upper 20s across the area. A hard freeze is expected again Wednesday night with temperatures once again expected to fall into the middle to upper 20s.
