(Undated) – It’s Election Day in five states including here in Illinois. Today’s General Primary Election ballot will include local races for Circuit Clerk, State’s Attorney, Coroner, and County Board members. Another item of local interest on the ballot is the proposition to impose a county school sales tax. We will also cast ballots for the President, U.S. Representative in Congress, State Senator, and Representative in the General Assembly. Both President Biden and former President Trump have already passed their respective parties’ delegate threshold. The polls will close tonight at 7 p.m.
