(Undated) – The national average for a gallon of regular unleaded has dropped two cents from Friday. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average has fallen to $3.52. The statewide average for Illinois also fell two cents over the weekend to $3.89 a gallon. It’s three cents lower in Indiana, where drivers are paying an average of $3.49 a gallon. Mississippi has the lowest statewide average in the nation at $3.06 a gallon. On the West Coast in California, drivers are paying $4.95 a gallon.
