(Robinson) – The Robinson City Council meets tonight and they have several items on the agenda. In “New Business,” they are set to adopt a revised code of ordinances for the City of Robinson, advertise for bids for the demolition of 201 North Jackson, and the issuance of “General Obligation” refunding bonds. In other business, the Robinson City Council will approve VFD repair work, purchase a D.O. Probe, advertise for a full-time employee for the Wastewater Treatment Department, a part-time secretary for the RPD, and hire Jaden Scott as a Lifeguard at Pelican Cove. Finally, the City of Robinson will move to have the City Attorney draft an ordinance for no parking on the East Side of North Argus Street and both sides of North Argus Street south of Craft Street. The Robinson City Council meets this evening at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Robinson Civic Center.
