(Robinson) – The Robinson Unit 2 School Board has taken the next step to secure funding for “future projects.” During the Unit 2 Board meeting Monday, they voted to issue and sell “debt certificates” worth up to $12.6 million for the purpose of “improving school sites and altering, repairing and equipping school buildings and facilities.” According to Unit 2, the district has several projects planned, including the addition of a pre-K wing at Washington Elementary that will also be used by the Crawford County Boys and Girls Club.
