(Robinson) — Owen Schmit and Marisa Zane were recently selected as the 2023-2024 recipients of the Merle E. Crosby Award. To be eligible to receive the two-thousand dollar grant, students must be a Senior eligible to graduate who plans to continue their education at Lincoln Trail College or an accredited two or four-year college, have a “respectable” grade point average, and has excelled in any school-sponsored extracurricular activity for at least three years. Schmit and Zane are the 39th recipients of the award.
