(Oblong) – The Oblong Chamber of Commerce is putting the finishing touches on the Village’s Town Wide Garage Sales. If you or your family would like to have your address listed on the garage sale map, you are asked to send a private message to the Oblong Chamber of Commerce via their Facebook page or call 618-480-1062. They say the listing does not need to be within the Village limits to appear on the map. Rural Oblong addresses may be added as well. Town Wide Garage Sales are scheduled for Friday, May 3rd and Saturday, May 4th. Maps will be available beginning Monday and the Chamber says to date they have 35 garage sales listed.
