(Robinson) – The RHS Maroons improved their record yesterday with a 7-4 win over the Newton Eagles. Graysen Brown pitched four innings of one-run ball, striking out two, walking three, and allowing four hits. Marcus Nantz pitched two innings before Chayse Aldrich pitched the final frame. With the win, the Maroons improve to 12-7 on the season. They are 3-1 in the LIC and will be back in action this afternoon, weather permitting, for a road game at Casey-Westfield.
