(Oblong) – The Oblong Chamber of Commerce is reminding the public that Oblong is the place to be this weekend. The Village’s Town Wide Garage Sales begin today and continue tomorrow. Garage sale maps are available for pick up at Vault Antiques, Harmon’s Pharmacy, Village Stitchery, Kilburn Resale, and the Oblong Public Works Office. They say they have more than forty-two yard sales scheduled including several “rural” sales. The 2nd Annual Food Truck Battle is also planned for tomorrow. Organizers say they have eight food trucks competing for the title. Food trucks will be located on South Range Street.
