Employees at Six Robinson Establishments Facing Misdemeanor Charges

(Robinson) – Employees at six Robinson establishments are facing misdemeanor charges for serving alcoholic beverages to minors. The Illinois State Police conducted an Alcohol Countermeasure Enforcement in Crawford and White County. Thirty-three total locations were surveilled in Norris City, Carmi, and Robinson. According to Zone 8 Commander, Captain, Ryan Shoemaker, eight establishments were involved in the sale of alcoholic beverages to a minor, six of which are in Robinson. They are Cilantro’s Grill and Cantina, DJ’s Party Supply, JB’s Steakhouse, Lacey’s Place, Los Jardines, and Spotlight Video and Gaming. The employees in question were cited for Unlawful Delivery of Alcoholic Liquor to a Minor, a Class A misdemeanor.
