(Sullivan, IN) – A Sullivan, Indiana couple has been arrested following an investigation that began in March. According to the Indiana State Police, investigators received information from the Sullivan County Department of Child Services in March alleging neglect. Their investigation revealed that 29-year-old Katelynn Stranger and 33-year-old Rai Stranger had not provided proper care for a child under their care and supervision. The pair was taken into custody and booked into the Sullivan County Jail Friday on charges of Neglect of a Dependent. The Sullivan County Department of Child Services and Susie’s Place assisted in the investigation.
