(Undated) – Crawford County Sheriff’s Department K9, “Manny,” will be a little safer while on duty thanks to a recent donation. The Sheriff’s Department has announced the donation of a ballistic vest from Brady’s K9 Fund. Brady’s K9 Fund was founded by an eight-year-old boy who felt K9 officers deserve body armor, just like their human partners. Since 2018, Brady’s Fund has raised over $1.25 million and vested more than nine-hundred-fifty K9s across all 50 states. To learn more about Brady’s mission follow the link below.
