(Robinson) — The Robinson Police Department will be conducting its annual “Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics” tomorrow. Robinson Police Chief, Chad Weaver, says officers will begin the run at 9 a.m. at Jersey Mike’s running west on Route 33 to the west side of Oblong. He says they will also be selling Special Olympics t-shirts and hats outside at Jersey Mike’s beginning around 8:30 a.m. tomorrow. Weaver also says that these items can be purchased today at the Robinson Police Department. All of the proceeds benefit the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics Illinois.
