(Undated) – Winter is arriving in a major way this weekend. According to Freese-Notice Weather Meteorologist, Paul Otto, snow and “intense cold” is in the forecast.
Otto says the “cold Canadian air” will blanket a big portion of the U.S. spreading as far south as Florida. He says the heaviest snowfall will stretch the entire length of I-72 and go as far south as I-64. Otto says a “wintery mix” is forecast to begin Sunday and continue through mid-day Monday and bitterly cold conditions will settle in on the “backside” of the front.
