Flooding Continues on Wabash River

(Undated) — The Wabash River at Hutsonville will remain in “flood stage.” According to the National Weather Service, the “Flood Warning” for the Wabash River at Hutsonville’s Legacy Power Plant will continue through at least tomorrow. The National Weather Service is forecasting that the river will fall below the flood stage of sixteen feet early tomorrow. However, the latest “Hazardous Weather Outlook” says severe storms are possible. Tomorrow’s forecast brings a fifty percent chance of rain, and they say we could see severe weather Friday into Friday night as a cold front moves through the area.
