(Oblong) — The Oblong Chamber of Commerce is putting the finishing touches on the 3rd Annual Food Truck Battle set for tomorrow in Oblong. Chamber Representative, Angie Catt, says this event has grown, largely by word of mouth.
Catt says they currently have nine trucks that will be taking part. The Food Truck Battle is just one of the events in Oblong. Town-wide garage sales are also being held this weekend, some of which begin today. Catt says you can find sale maps throughout town or via the chamber Facebook page.
The day will wrap up with the Icebox Music and Arts Festival at Oblong High School. The festival will run from noon to 9 p.m. tomorrow. Presale tickets can be purchased through eventbrite.com. They will also be available at the door for $15.
