Oblong Boil Order Lifted

(Oblong) — The boil order in effect for a portion of Oblong has been lifted. Oblong Mayor, Teresa Fielder, says that Oblong Public Works received verification that all samples are good. The precautionary boil order for all residents south of the railroad tracks has been lifted. The precautionary order went into effect Sunday following the water line break near Oblong High School.
