(Robinson) — The Robinson City Council meets this evening. On the agenda in “Old Business,” they are set to discuss a proposed annexation agreement for the Highsmith area properties. In “New Business,” the City Council will review an amended “recreational vehicle” ordinance, appoint Terry Roche to the Police Commission, and approve the promotion of Donald Leek to Sergeant for the RPD. In other business, they are set to approve the purchase of a golf cart for the Park Department, the resignation of Tony Terry as Head Custodian at the Civic Center, advertising for a custodian at the Civic Center, approve the hiring of a part-time engineer, accept the bid for “Smith Lift Station, and approve a date for the City Auction. The Robinson City Council meets this evening at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Robinson Civic Center.
