(Undated) — The current forecast is calling for the first heat wave of the summer. DTN Ag Meteorologist, John Baranick, says much of Illinois can expect 90-degree temperatures Saturday through Monday with heat index readings into the triple digits.
Baranick says if you plan to be outside at all this weekend, it is going to feel very hot. Illinois should see moderate temperatures returning to the forecast by the middle of next week.
