Gas Prices Fell Over the Weekend

(Undated) — The national average for a gallon of regular unleaded fell over the weekend. According to this morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com, the national average is $3.11 a gallon, down four cents from Friday. Here in Illinois, drivers are paying an average of $3.35 a gallon, down four cents from Friday. Across the river in Indiana, the statewide average is $3.05 a gallon, a nickel lower than the end of last week. Mississippi and Oklahoma drivers are paying the lowest statewide averages at $2.66, four cents lower than Friday. California drivers are paying the highest at $4.43 a gallon, down three cents.
