(Undated) — First Robinson Savings Bank has issued a scam warning. Officials with the bank say they have been made aware of scam calls that are spoofing the bank’s Robinson phone number, claiming to be IT, and impersonating employees. FRSB reminds its customers that it will never call or text you to obtain any sensitive debit card information, including card number, PIN, three-digit security code, your digital banking credentials, or authentication codes. They advise that if you doubt the validity of any call or text supposedly from First Robinson Savings Bank (FRSB), hang up and call your local branch to confirm your identity and report the incident.
