(Undated) — In Friday night 8-man football action, the Palestine/Hutsonville Pioneers fell to 0-3 on the season after falling last night to St. Anne 43-12. Willis Strohm was the “offensive workhouse,” carrying the ball eighteen times for 127 yards. Pal/Hut will host Meridian out of Macon, Illinois, next Friday for Homecoming. Elsewhere, the Oblong Panthers fell last night to Milford/Cissna Park by a final of 42-24. The Panthers are now 1-2 overall, 0-1 in the conference. They are set to be back in action Friday when they welcome Dugger Union to Ron Welsh Field.
