RHS Soccer Teams Falls Saturday

(Robinson) — The RHS Soccer Team fell Saturday to Macon County 3-0. Head Coach, Hilary Maxwell, says they had a long trip to Metropolis, one of many new opponents this year. She says, similar to the game on Thursday against Newton, they came out and played a great 25-30 minutes of the first half, but couldn’t keep up the fast pace. Maxwell says she personally thinks the team was feeling a lot of mental and physical fatigue, this being the 4th game of the week. She says this week is another big week with four games on the road, beginning today with Mt. Carmel.
