RHS Girls Tennis Team Came Up Short Against Casey

(Robinson) — The Robinson Girls Varsity Tennis team came up just short against Casey yesterday, falling 4–5. The Lady Maroons picked up singles wins from Laura Hirschberger and Katelyn Murrell. In doubles play, the Lady Maroons got wins from the teams of Genevieve Garrard and Olivia Watwood, and Alivia Murphy and Katelyn Murrell, Head Coach, Zach Shipman, says they were missing two key players due to injury and illness, but the team rose to the challenge. He says he is proud of how the girls fought hard and kept it close until the very end. RHS will hit the road tomorrow for a contest against Paris.
