IDOT Announces Multi-year Program

(Undated) — The Illinois Department of Transportation is announcing the largest multi-year program to build and repair infrastructure in the state’s history. According to IDOT, they will be spending $50.6-billion over six years. IDOT Public Information Officer, Paul Wappel, says the program is spread across all modes of transportation and touches every Illinois county.
