Crawford County Board Meets Tonight

(Undated) — The Crawford County Board meets this evening. On the “Consent Agenda,” the board will discuss and possibly approve the appointment of Kathy Bemont to the Crawford County Forest Preserve Oversight Committee, a resolution establishing the number of deputies in the Crawford County Sheriff’s Department, and a resolution for State’s Attorney Appellate Prosecutor. In “New Business,” they will discuss and possibly approve an ordinance for Crawford County Battery Energy Storage Systems, Sol Source Power’s Solar Farm Application, and the posting of the General Fund Budget for Fiscal Year 2026. The Crawford County Board meets tonight at 6 p.m. in the Board Room of the County Annex.
