(Robinson) — The RHS Maroons fell to 3-5 last night following a 41-18 loss to the Paris Tigers. RHS QB, Reese Johnson, completed 11 of 25 pass attempts for 236 yards and one touchdown. Johnson also carried the ball 16 times for 110 yards and one touchdown. The Maroons will wrap up the 2025 season with a road game next Friday night at Richland County. Elsewhere in Friday night football action, the Oblong Panthers cruised to a lopsided 50-14 win over Martinsville. With the win, the Panthers improve to 4-4 on the season and keep their postseason hopes alive. They will wrap up the regular season at home on Thursday when they host 6-2 Metro-East Lutheran. The Palestine/Hutsonville Pioneers fell to South Fork last night by a final of 68-38. The Pioneers are scheduled to wrap up their season on the road next Saturday for a road game at Pawnee/Lincolnwood.
