(Undated) — We could be in for higher than normal precipitation this winter. According to DTN Ag Meteorologist, John Baranick, we have “good potential” for above-average precipitation.
He says, whether the precipitation comes in the form of snow or rain remains to be seen, but it should be enough to ease recent drought conditions.
Meteorological winter runs from December through February.
