Unit 2 Board Set to Discuss Graduation and 2026 Band Trip

(Robinson) — The Robinson Unit 2 Board meets this afternoon. In “Old Business,” the board will discuss the tentative tax levy and review the Fiscal Year 2026 fund balance. In “New Business,” they will set May 16th for the Robinson High School graduation ceremony at 3 p.m., consider the RHS Band trip to Memphis, TN, for the Liberty Bowl parade performance in December 2026, as well as consider and approve the district hearing officer’s decision regarding student discipline. In other business, they will discuss the 2024-2025 Illinois School Report Card data, discuss and consider approval of participation in an Illinois Community Solar program, and discuss the “County School Facilities Tax” being added to the ballot for voter approval in March 2026 or November 2026. The Robinson Unit 2 Board meets this afternoon at 5:30 p.m. at the District Office.
