It’s Primary Day, Get Out and Vote

(Undated) — It’s Primary Election Day and voter turnout in the Primary is typically low. However, the public is being reminded that there are several statewide races to vote on today ahead of midterms later this year, as well as some important local races. Appearing on both the Republican and Democratic ballots are the 1% Crawford County Public Safety Tax Proposition and the 1% Crawford County School Facility Tax Proposition. On the Republican ballot locally, Incumbent Crawford County Sheriff, Bill Rutan, is facing opposition for the Republican nomination from challenger, Crawford County Deputy, Brent Dotson, and Incumbent, Crawford County Treasurer, Rikki Callaway, is squaring off against challenger, Stacey Brock.
