Robinson Palestine Water Commission Announce Flushing Schedule

(Undated) — The Robinson Palestine Water Commission has announced the schedule for hydrant flushing. They say they will begin the flushing process on April 1st and 2nd in the Northeast section of Robinson. Hydrants in the Northwest section will be flushed on April 6th and 7th, followed by the Southeast section on April 8th and 9th, and the Southwest section of Robinson and the New Hebron area on April 13th through the 15th. Trimble and the Old Kirk districts will see flushing from April 20th through the 24th. They will wrap up in Palestine on April 27th through the 30th. Customers are reminded that discoloration in the water will be temporary. They say that while the water is safe to consume, you may want to run faucets until the discoloration disappears and hold off on laundry while the discoloration is present.
