(Undated) — Gas prices are still on the rise after topping four dollars a gallon yesterday. This morning’s numbers from GasBuddy.com show the national average for a gallon of regular unleaded is at $4.07, a nickel higher than yesterday. Here in Illinois, the statewide average has surged to $4.25 a gallon. It’s $3.97 in Indiana. Oklahoma has the lowest prices in the nation at $3.23 a gallon. California has the highest, with a statewide average of $5.88 a gallon.
