City of Robinson is Highlighting 50 yrs of Service by Mike Shimer

(Robinson) — The City of Robinson is highlighting Mike Shimer and his fifty years of service to the community. In a post on social media yesterday, the City said, “Today we proudly celebrate an incredible milestone — 50 years of dedicated service to the City of Robinson by Mayor, Mike Shimer.” Shimer began his career with the City in the Parks Department in 1976, eventually becoming the Park and Recreation Superintendent, a position he held until his successful bid for Robinson Mayor in 2023.
