Maroons Got Shutout by West Vigo Friday

(Robinson) — The RHS Maroons got shutout by West Vigo 5-0 in Friday baseball action. Gunner Hoalt took the loss for RHS, pitching five and two-thirds innings, giving up four runs on four hits, striking out three, and walking one. With the loss, the Maroons fall to 5-4 on the season. They will look to rebound this afternoon when they hit the road for a 4:30 p.m. first pitch against Red Hill. The RHS Softball Team will be back in action this afternoon as well when they host Mattoon for a 4:30 p.m. first pitch.
