(Undated) – The Crawford County Health Department is encouraging the community to take advantage of its “Residential Sharps Collection Program.” According to the CCHD, the “Residential Sharps Collection Program” offers free “sharps” containers and proper disposal of full containers at no cost. Containers can be picked up and dropped off at the Crawford County Health Department, Harmon’s Drug Store in Palestine and Oblong, and Bertram Pharmacy in Robinson. They say all sharps must be in an approved container before entering the buildings. For questions, please call 618-544-8798. Learn more at CCHD.net.
