(Undated) — Oil prices are down after OPEC said it would be increasing production for the second month in a row. At last check Brent crude was down more than three percent to under sixty dollars a barrel. U.S. crude oil dropped nearly four percent to about fifty-six dollars a barrel. OPEC, an alliance of oil producing nations, announced elevated production levels on Friday.
